These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and z376 ("z376", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the z376 website located at https://z376.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

z376 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform. We do not operate a casino or sportsbook directly. Our role is to provide clear, accurate information to enable Pakistani players to make informed decisions about online gaming. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of the Platform would be unlawful;
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that z376 does not guarantee any outcome;
• You accept that these Terms may be updated periodically and that it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Where these Terms are updated, z376 will publish the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on z376, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your account;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf;
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process and keep that information current;
• You must not hold more than one active Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances;
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion register maintained by z376 or a third-party responsible gambling scheme;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of any person employed by z376 or an affiliated operator.

It remains your personal responsibility to confirm whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activity. z376 does not provide legal advice and the information on this Platform does not constitute legal guidance of any kind.

To access the full range of z376 Services, you are required to create a registered Account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, email address and a valid mobile number;
• Create a unique, secure password and not share it with any third party;
• Accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy as a condition of account creation;
• Complete identity verification (KYC) upon request by providing government-issued identification documents.

z376 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal. z376 further reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify z376 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All deposits made to your z376 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of deposited amounts.

z376 references several locally familiar payment methods for the convenience of Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice, and the mention of these providers does not constitute endorsement of gambling by any named institution.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method;
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• z376 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• All amounts are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction.

z376 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit that triggers an AML flag may result in account review, temporary suspension and a request for supporting documentation.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport and proof of payment method ownership;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated on the withdrawal page at the time of the request;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — digital wallet methods (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash) are typically faster than bank transfers;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the real-money winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

z376 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is held pending review, the User will be notified via their registered email address.

z376 may offer promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, free bet credits and other incentive schemes from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Account holders only. Some promotions may be restricted to specific geographic regions, user segments or account tiers;
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds — will be stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple bonuses;
• z376 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses credited in error will be voided. If such a bonus has been wagered, any resulting winnings may also be voided;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes or acting in bad faith to extract value — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets placed and games played on the z376 Platform are governed by the specific rules displayed for each product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Accidental placement of a bet is not grounds for cancellation except where an obvious system error occurred;
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption or server failure during a live game or bet settlement, z376 reserves the right to void the relevant round or transaction and return the staked amount to the User's Balance;
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events — are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body;
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. z376 accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that have changed before confirmation;
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

z376 reserves the right to restrict, void or reverse any bet or gaming transaction that is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms, or where the integrity of a market is reasonably suspected to have been compromised.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z376 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding Balance or Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Money laundering, use of the Platform to process criminally obtained funds, or structuring deposits to avoid AML detection;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity or residential location;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, and misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs or similar tools;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the Platform;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at z376 staff or other users via any communication channel.

z376 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. We offer the following player protection tools, which can be accessed through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of your gaming sessions and receive reality check reminders;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your Account from the Platform with immediate effect;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding you of time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from z376;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling or similar automated data collection tools against the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of z376 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, z376 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising in connection with the Platform;
• Errors, interruptions, delays or failures in the Platform's technical operation, including those caused by third-party service providers;
• The conduct or content of third-party websites, payment providers or operators referenced on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit z376's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where statutory consumer rights apply, these Terms do not affect those rights.

z376 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, identified by the updated "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — z376 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which z376 holds its operating licence. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and z376, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The process for initiating mediation will be communicated by z376 support upon request.
